(Studio) North Vietnam advances in Quang Tri Province. North Vietnam captures bases near DMZ. Camp Carroll falls to North Vietnam. Retreat from Dong Ha also reported Heavy artillery fire reported United States advisors evacuated, after blowing up their headquarters. 4 United States troops killed; 9 wounded. Heavy Vietnam casualties on both sides. Little United States air support given, due to cloud cover. United States officials confident of outcome.
