(Studio) China condemned American bombing of North Vietnam at United Nations Trade Conference in Santiago, Chile, and announced support of "The underdeveloped 3rd world against American plunder and profiteering" in that 3rd world, one of which is Cuba.

(Cuba) Education and agricultural productivity two of basic preoccupations of premier Fidel Castro. New Cuban approach to secondary education noted: half day spent in classroom, half in fields. Objectives: students to be made aware of and gain respect for agricultural labor; Cuba enabled to afford universal secondary education. political indoctrination with education noted. Since revolution, educational achievements impressive.
