(Studio) American fighter-bombers attack Soviet freighters in Haiphong Harbor, not on purpose but in crossfire when planes were laying mines. American planes bomb Hanoi, Haiphong, rail and road links between Hanoi and China. North Vietnam says hospital and Chinese economy mission hit. United States claims 76 MiGs shot down; enemy says 16 American planes hit.
