(Moscow, USSR ) Russian shoppers view Mrs. Nixon from balcony and from behind cordon of security men. 1st Lady buys souvenir scarves and shawls for daughters. Consumer goods expensive in Russia in comparison to their pay. More trade with United States could help Russian consumers.
