(Studio) 50 miners still trapped in Sunshine Silver Mine at Kellogg, Idaho. 100 men escaped when fire started; 32 bodies recovered, Rescue efforts intensified.

(Kellogg, Idaho) Rescue workers take training exercises. Search hampered by smoke. Safety practices of mime now questioned. [Mrs. Casey PENNA - says it shouldn't have taken 45 minutes to clear mine after fire discovered, but no alarms, drills, etc. were in use.] Federal and state investigations have begun. [Mine official, Marvin CHASE - welcomes investigations and offers all information on mine safety programs, personnel, etc.]
