(Studio) In Helsinki, Finland, American and Soviet negotiators discuss limitations of nuclear weapons at Strategic Arms Limitation Talks (SALT) talks with no mention of Vietnam. Mtg. in Washington, DC between US and USSR on shipping, postponed. Jacob Malik, Soviet ambassador to UN, meets with United Nations Secretary General Kurt Waldheim. Says Soviet statement on Vietnam forthcoming.
