(Oklahoma City, Oklahoma) Senator Edmund Muskie seeks convention delegates from among Oklahoma's 39. On 10-state tour, Muskie strives to keep uncommitted delegates from jumping on McGovern bandwagon.

(Saint Louis, Missouri) Muskie's revived campaign began yesterday in Saint Louis. Missouri Governor Warren Hearnes controls 61 HO delegates a has stopped McGovern from getting more than 12. [MUSKIE - says he didn't start race to stop McGovern and hasn't changed posture since.]
