(Studio) No. people on welfare increased in February, but 1 group drops.

(Studio) Fewer older people now on welfare, even though their number in population is rising. Social Security pmts. have increased 26% in 2 years, although they're still low. Commentator calls for reform of Social Security laws which in effect penalize older people for working.
