(DC) Older Democrats engineer revolt as signal they believe some reforms have gone too far. [Representative Frank ANNUNZIO - says there's nothing wrong with old Democratic party Says new Democrats do not recognize labor leaders, small businessmen., farmers, etc.] [Representative Wayne HAYS - also rejects new values, incl. platform.] Representatives don't like reforms because their own power, that of traditional party leaders, is being reduced.
