(Bien Boa, South Vietnam) Before North Vietnam offensive began, Bien Boa operations were being closed out. It had been turned over to South Vietnam as part of Vietnamization. Americans never left, instead build-up of Ama. evident. 3500 American airmen now stationed at Bien Boa, triple number of 2 mos. ago. Airmen fly strikes over An Loc, Kontum, etc.
