(Studio) 4-power agreement on Berlin, Germany, provides for easier travel between E. and West Germany.
REPORTER: John Chancellor
(W. Berlin, Germany) As result of 4-power pact, West Germans build roads so people can move more freely; E. Germans build another wall to restrict them. Steinstuecken is part of West Germany, but is isolated from it. Wall borders new road to village so E. Berliners won't try to escape on new West German road. (Steinstuecken, West Germany) The village has become run down in its isolation.
REPORTER: Jack Paxton
