(Studio) Political effects of North Vietnam offensive on South Vietnam featured.

(South Vietnam) In 1 way offensive has backfired on North Vietnam, harming them politically inside South Vietnam. Remarkable amount political solidarity now evident in South Vietnam. President Thieu is firmly in control. Declaration of martial law has brought war home to many people, especially in Saigon. Refugees who once blamed Americans now know North Vietnam has caused their suffering. Peace groups spend time aiding refugees instead of protesting.
