(Studio) Senator George McGovern picks up 50 or 60 more delegate votes from Humphrey and his winning the nomination is therefore assured. He considers Vice President possibilities.

(Miami Beach, Florida) McGovern works on acceptance speech and Vice President possibilities include: Senator Ribicoff, Florida Governor Askew (both not interested), Arkansas Governor Bumpers, Georgia Governor Carter, South Carolina Governor West, UAW (United Automobile, Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America) President Leonard Woodcock, and Senator Kennedy.
