(Studio) Representative Paul McCloskey won 1 delegate in New Mexico primary. Credentials committee refuses to seat his delegate, who would have made an anti-Nixon speech.

(Miami Beach, Florida) New Mexico chairperson will cast 1 vote for McCloskey despite credentials cmtes. refusal to seat his delegate. There is no chance now for McCloskey's views on Vietnam to be expressed at convention [McCLOSKEY - hopes some Republican young people will raise issue on convention floor.] Senator Mathias will try to strengthen plank which expresses hope for end of draft in July, 1973. He wants plank to state draft will end.
