(Studio) Sun finally shines on Philippine Islands, flood waters begin to recede. Govt. plans to import rice in face of food shortage.

(Luzon Island, Philippines) Rain started slowly a month ago, and hasn't stopped until now. Damage estimated at $200 million. Hundreds of thousands of people homeless. 450 people have died in flood and from cholera.
