(Studio) Colorado labor council feels Meany wrath. AFL-CIO president, who suspended cncl. charter for endorsement of George McGovern after he, Meany, had declared AFL-CIO neutral.

(Denver, Colorado) 6 weeks ago Meany warned Colorado council against action; action taken anyhow; Meany conducted hearing. Today's action no surprise. Meany to send Daniel Healy, Chicago, Illinois, to take over council [Colorado labor cncl. Herrick ROTH - says Healy won't take over; denies Meany right to suspend; promises court fight.] Council attempts to get court restraint. Healey in town, but hasn't shown up at council offices.
