(Studio) Juan Corona murder case comes to trial. Corona, farm labor contractor of Yuba City, California, charged with killing 25 men and burying bodies in shallow graves.

(Yuba City, California) 16 mos. ago, sheriff's deps. began digging up bodies of farm workers found stabbed and hacked to death. (Fairfield, California) Judge Richard Patton opens trial. Dep. D. A. Bart Williams admits states case is mostly circumstantial. Defense attorney Richard Hawk claims much prosecution evidence proves nothing. Trial expected to last 6 mos.
