(Studio) Israelis angered at West Germany's lack of security, determined to retaliate against Arab ntns. harboring terrorists.

(Jerusalem, Israel) Israeli P. Min. Golda Meir, cabinet members denounce brutal killings, decree national day of mourning. They do not blame Germans. [Israelis, who went to bed thinking their athletes safe, distressed this morning to learn they had been killed. Still think Arab prisoners should not have been released as that would promote more terrorism. No Jewish retaliation reported against Arab residents so far. Arab leaders on occupied W. Bank condemn terrorist action.
