(Jackson Township, Pennsylvania) Pennsylvania proves strip miners can return land to original state without going broke. Pennsylvania strip mining law outlined. [Miner Grant WRIGHT - didn't like law at beginning, but now law equal for everyone.] [Farmer Mike MOSTOWY - believes strip mining has benefits, but only if land reclaimed after stripping.] Enforcement seems to be key to law's success.
