(Sinai) Israelis consolidate positions on west bank of Suez. No UN observers seen on new cease-fire line inside Eat United Nations officials request more troops. Egyptian 3rd army trapped; Israel hopes to use army to negotiate further talks between Egypt and Israel. Israeli government sends some supplies to surrounded Egyptians.
