No fear necessary.] [General Tom McCALL - believes if President discloses all, Watergate won't hurt Republicans] [Governor Nelson ROCKEFELLER - thinks people to judge candidate as an individual not party mbr.] Govs. try to believe Republicans won't be hurt by Watergate.
