(Gettysburg, Pennsylvania) History behind Gettysburg reviewed. New, controversial structure takes shape. Tower to supply (for a price) tourists with grand view of battleground. Critics believe tower is eyesore. [Tower owner Thomas OTTENSTEIN - believes profit can be made in American by doing something good. Tower to contribute to history's understanding.] So far, all judges rule tower can't be stopped because it's on private property. Parts of battlefield already turned into carnival midway.
