(Studio) United States and North Vietnam announce creation joint economy commission to deal with reconstruction North Vietnam. Agreement also reached about procedures to locate American MIA's in Indochina. Decision made during Henry Kissinger's visit to Hanoi.

(White House) [Pres Press Secretary Ronald ZIEGLER - says amount of aid to North Vietnam not discussed by Kissinger. Amount must be decided on by joint commission and approved by Congress] It is expected that aid to Indochina will cost about $7.5 billion, with about $2.5 billion going to North Vietnam.
