Plates depict people, such as Pat Nixon, or scenes, such as those painted by Norman Rockwell. Most medals come as series. [Franklin Mint spokesperson Joseph SEGEL - says products fine works of craftsmanship and art.] [Coin expert Henry GRUNTHAL - says mass produced medals don't have artistic merit.] [Collector John REED - says once you begin collecting its hard to stop.] [Collector Dorothy REED - says collecting getting expensive.]
