(Studio) John Ken. Galbraith testifies in Pentagon Papers trial.
REPORTER: John Chancellor
(Los Angeles, California) Galbraith, like McGeorge Bundy and Arthur Schlesinger before him, testifies Papers revealed nothing of value to enemy. Defendants Anthony Russo and Dan. Ellsberg accused of harming national security by releasing Papers. Judge Mat. Byrne yesterday cut off Schlesinger testimony that Papers could have harmed enemy by overloading them with useless and inaccurate data. Defense expected to call Theodore Sorenson, high JFK aide, who helped prepare Papers.
