(Studio) Acting FBI chief L. Pat. Gray continues testimony to Senator re: Watergate case. Gray says sent FBI files on case directly to White House attorney John Dean rather than through Justice Department for which he works.

(Capitol Hill) Gray's startling admissions further dim his chances for being confirmed as permanent FBI chief. [Senator Edward KENNEDY - says FBI action of questionable integrity.] Committee chairperson Eastland asks Gray to return tomorrow.
