(Studio) North Vietnam and Viet Cong say will not release remaining American POW's because United States has changed position. United States demanding release 9 POW's in Laos. Is stopping US troop withdrawals from Vietnam until these POW's also released. United States says was understanding reached between Communists& Henry Kissinger that POW's held in Laos would be released along with Vietnam POW's.
