(Homestead, Florida) Florida Representative Paul Rogers chairs House Public Health Committee House and other officials visit migrant camp to find what caused water contamination in camp that led to outbreak. [ROGERS - says camp conditions shocking.] Migrants claim given poor housing because Mexican-American and discriminated against.
