(Studio) Canadian ICCS accuses North Vietnam violating Vietnam truce by sending large numbers troops into South Vietnam.

(White House) Press Secretary Ronald Ziegler avoids blaming North Vietnam directly for Cambodian fighting. General Alexander Haig said to have told Nixon Cambodian situation not desperate enough to necessitate increased United States support. Nixon wants to avoid giving North Vietnam any excuse to tear up truce agreement for Indochina.
