(Studio) Although administration releasing $1/2 billion to impacted school districts, i.e., districts having many children from families living on military bases, not all schools will receive aid. Some have closed for lack of money.
REPORTER: John Chancellor
(Box Elder, South Dakota) Group of women from military base at Box Elder, South Dakota, say if children have school closed because of lack of funds from government men shouldn't go to work on base. Women picket base. [Base Commander Colonel Willard BARNETT - says base is doing what it can to get school opened.] School not expected to open again.
