(Studio) Cambodian government soldiers defeated in 2 important battles. Reports say opposition leaders will be brought into cabinet of Premier Lon Nol's government in order to make negotiations with Khmer Rouge possible. Meanwhile more supplies reach besieged capital.

(Route 1, Cambodia) Ships and truck convoy reach Phnom Penh through enemy lines. Many villages along roads to capital destroyed by ground fighting and by United States bombs. Bombing has created many refugees.
