(Los Angeles, California) VIVA gives former POW's banquets and honors them in other ways. VIVA volunteers meet former POW's. VIVA sending out bracelets now for 1300 MIA's. [MIA (missing in action) mother Jane DUKE - says can't give up hope for men still unaccounted for.]
