(DC) Wheat prices soar in US. 2/3 United States wheat crop already sold to foreign cntries. Price controller John Dunlop favors export restrictions to build up domestic wheat supply. Agriculture Secretary Earl Butz opposes export limitations because exports reduce foreign trade deficit and increase farmers' incomes. Some wheat export restrictions likely.
