(Studio) White House announces President to hold phone-in session for Americans on March 5; details noted. 2-hr. session to be broadcast by CBS radio; Walter Cronkite to screen calls. Today Carter visits more government agencies.

(DC) Carter goes to Treasury Department 1st. [CARTER - jokingly says Georgia people might have thought his only trip here would have to do with income tax evasion.] Next Carter goes to HUD. [CARTER - recommends marriage; opposes living in sin.] 1 person remarks with regard to having "Playboy" reporter here, but Carter doesn't seem to mind.
