Testimony today reveals false reports with regard to bombing begun during Johnson administration according to Dep. Defense Director William Clements and Chairperson Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Thomas Moorer. Moorer and Clements reveal top secret order to cover real strikes with false target reports
