(DC) Amin's idiosyncrasies noted, include notes to Tanzania President Julius K. Nyerere and Richard Nixon with regard to Watergate. Amin's murders cited; army is supplied by USSR . Until recently, Amin has been popular in Africa, but now neighbors begin to worry; recent claims of large parts of Kenya by Amin have caused Kenya President Jomo Kenyatta to agree with others Amin must go, according to London econs. If Amin goes it will be because Africa wants him out; censures such as United Nations considers will have little effect.
