(Studio) OMB director Bert Lance's comments to Congress today with regard to economy and administration disagreement with Federal Reserve Board chairperson Arthur Burns with regard to economy stimulus noted. Labor Secretary Bay Marshall's comments to House subcommittee today with regard to number of public service jobs administration hopes to make cited. Tonight House passes public works bill to create many such jobs.
