(Studio) San Quentin locks up specific type of prisoner.

(San Quentin, California) Prison completely locked up for 3 mos. due to violence. [Spokesperson William NYBERG says inmates glad to see lock-down.] Shops reopened with fewer men. Potentially violent stay locked up. [California prisons dir. Ray PROCUNIER says only way to run place now. Those who want to stay hoods can do so locked up. [Psychiatrist Dr. Bernard DIAMOND says San Quentin is relic of past; not fit for humans. Makes men like animals.]
