(Studio) India to have 1st general election since 1971 in 2 weeks Outcome in doubt; reactions to speeches by Prime Min. Indira Gandhi and opposition at rallies in New Delhi noted.

(Calcutta, India) Report on issues in India elections, include 1 with regard to Prime Min.'s son, Sanjay Gandhi. If election close, Prime Min. may have to get support from Pro-Moscow Communist party, which would turn foreign policy toward USSR and away from US.
