(Studio) United Nations Security Council debates terror and retaliatory raids.

(New York City) Lebanon protests Israel retaliatory raid on them. Foreign minister Naffah noted raid in retaliation for Palestine strike on Israel Thursday Says not up to Lebanon to guard Israel's frontier against guerrillas. Israel could recognize Palestinian rights. Israel Amb, Yosef Tekoah charges Lebanon with sheltering murderers. Says up to Lebanon to suppress raids, [TEKOAH-says neighbors will treat Lebanon like lawless state if it acts like one.]
