(Israel) [KISSINGER - says substantial agreement reached on demarcation line, but many other issues still in midst of negotiations. To meet in Damascus, Syria, this afternoon.] Thinning out troops and buffer zone in Golan Heights among sticky problems to be worked out. Kissinger to return to United States this wkend.
