(Mamaroneck, New York) Last March, Victor's heart stopped for 23 mins., but he lived to tell of experience. Recreation of how Victor's life was saved follows; details given.] [SOLOW - explains feelings during 23 mins. he was medically dead. Says feeling was pleasant and relaxing. Urges people not to fear death.]
