(DC) [Representative Tom RAILSBACK - believes James Saint Clair should be allowed reasonable number of witnesses.] [Representative John SEIBERLING - recognizes Americans want impeachment question settled quickly and justly.] [Representative Chas. WIGGINS - believes President attorney' James Saint Clair's request for witnesses reasonable.] [Representative Don. EDWARDS - states committee will be fair to Saint Clair.] Witness list probably will be expanded; question of open hearings still undecided.
