(Studio) Large scale theft of military weapons occurring in US.

(Los Angeles, California) National Guard uses best and most modern weapons available. Guard's weapons stored in armories when not in use. Fed government has strict rules for guarding weapons. [National Guard Major Donald FOLEY - explains rules for guarding weapons.] Burglaries have occurred at National Guard armories, however. National Guard armories also used as civic center; any competent burglar able to examine security system.
