(DC) Vietnam confirm deaths of 2 more American's to commission before it leaves Hanoi; 1 not ID'd, other is former CIA agent, Tucker Gouggleman, killed in Vietnam last year Commission chairperson Leonard Woodcock says they have been assured no Americans being held alive in Vietnam or Laos and it's improbable that fates of all still listed as MIA's will be ascertained. [WOODCOCK - notes high of MIA's in World War II and Korea contrasted to of MIA's in Vietnam war.] Commission mbrs. say trip beginning of end.
