(Studio) Agriculture Secretary Bergland announces price supports lower than what farmers and self had urged. White House announces more aid for drought-stricken areas.

[Interior Secretary Cecil ANDRUS - says Americans beginning to realize water must be conserved.] [BERGLAND - effect of drought can't yet be measured.] Water projects cut in budget noted; 1 is Dallas Creek in Colorado.
