(DC) Ford talks with Kissinger with regard to Cyprus. USSR ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin brings greetings from Leonid Brezhnev. Egypt For. Min. Fahmy meets with Ford. Senator Russell Long and Ford talk over national health insurance and trade bills. Mayors and govs. meet with Ford over urban problems, economy, revenue sharing, and energy problems. [Chairperson Democrat govs. Governor Wendell ANDERSON - says fun to come to Washington, DC again.] [Governor Milton SHAPP - calls Ford's manner reassuring.] [Governor Winfield DUNN - says approach refreshing.] Ford talked with Richard Nixon by telephone last night. Vice President announcement may be delayed due to Cyprus. To replace 1/2 Nixon cabinet, incling. Haig, by yr.'s end.
