[KENNEDY - says wrong for group to be 1st one to turn against man faced with bringing national unity. Hope Veterans of Foreign Wars to reconsider view. (Crowd shouts no!) Asks Veterans of Foreign Wars to heed call of man seeking to unify nation He deserves Veterans of Foreign Wars support.] Veterans of Foreign Wars commander in chief, Ray Soden surprised at Kennedy remarks, but felt no chance VFW would reconsider vote. Says law must apply if you bug in or bug out,
