(Studio) Dispute over Nixon immunity from criminal charges conts.

(DC) House leader, John Rhodes, may sponsor immunity resolution. Senator Mike Mansfield says Const. doesn't allow it. Says next move up to Attorney General and special prosecutor. [Senator Hugh SCOTT - says man punished. Enough is enough.] [Senator Strom THURMOND - cites criminal acts Nixon didn't do. Resignation enough punishment.] Senator Marlow Cook says Ford may have to act if Congress doesn't. Cook doesn't feel Ford should be involved with Watergate in any way.
