(Studio) Lawyer in North Carolina agrees to delay civil suit because of former President' health. John Ehrlichman requests Watergate cover-up trials be postponed till Nixon able to testify.

(DC) Preparations for trials continue; prosecutors oppose any delay. John Dean prepares for his testimony for prosecution. [H.R. HALDEMAN - refuses to comment about trial or even Nixon's health.] One defense attorney describes Nixon as terrified at possibility of returning to Washington, DC to testify.
